4. Application:

S136/1.2083 is suitable for plastic molds, and has better antirust properties for the molds used under wet environment. It is mainly used for making of the high-quality transparent plastic molds, e.g. sunglasss and optical instruments.

 

5. Characteristics: 

Superior resistance to carrions, no need for special care or maintenance;

S136/1.2083 is smelted by using vacuum degassing, so that the steel quality is more purified, the structure is even dense and the polish property is excellent;

Already pre-hardened and no need for further heat treatment, suitable for direct mold cutting.
